If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they're aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes.
We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.
You (or the recipient of the products if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order. If your order gets stuck in customs, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Unfortunately, UNITED FASHION SQUARE SRL cannot do this on your behalf.
Payment, Tax & VAT
Payment is to be made in EURO for international orders and RON for national orders (only Romania). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable EU vat. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not EU vat is chargeable on our sale of the product.
For those customers wishing to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, unfortunately, we do not refund any VAT requests.
Please note that all the return shipping cost will be beard by the customer.
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), minus the return shipping charges which are the client’s responsibility. Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. Normally credit appears within3 weeks. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with a buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Wire transfer refunds usually take place within 10-14 days. The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and does not expire.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
